We met Jim and Judy Crawford shortly after moving to Georgia.

We had very quickly outgrown our first home here and with a toddler and second baby on the way we were desperate to sell our “mistake” and find a home and neighborhood suitable for a growing family. It seems our first realtor here in Georgia was more interested in just making a sale, and less interested in getting to know us, and listening. As a result, we wound up in a home that was all wrong!

So, when we decided to move, we felt we were on our own–until—-we called on Jim and Judy Crawford. We first met Jim when we made an appointment to view one of his listings. We were so impressed with him, we immediately signed him on to list our house, and to help in the quest for our new home.

They presented us with a marketing plan superior to any other, and Judy got busy previewing homes so that we did not have to do all the footwork ourselves–toddler and very pregnant mommy in tow!

Before we knew it, we were settled in our new home in a family friendly neighborhood! Since this first fabulous sales experience with Jim and Judy, we have sold and purchased twice more due to business transfers. Even in this dismal economic climate, they were able to list, sell and close a house for us in six weeks! They are THAT good!

And when it comes time to buy–no one negotiates better than Jim and Judy. Now that we are in our current place, we hope that we will be able to stay for a long while.

But if the time comes to place a for sale sign in the yard again–rest assured it will proudly say “DREAM STREET PROPERTIES”
